Processing Time 

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email:

Currently everything is made to order, it will take 5-10 business days (1-2 weeks) to sculpt.  Processing times may vary during busy periods, but I’ll always do my best to keep you updated if anything changes ♡


Refund/replacement only applicable if:

  • package officially marked lost in transit 
  •  damaged in transit with photo evidence

Due to the handmade nature of these items, I do not accept returns or exchanges. 


Lost & Delayed Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Plumpy Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Ensure your shipping address is correct and consider delivering to a secure location.

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact me and I’ll do my best to help locate or resolve the issue.

Please note that lost mail claims will require around a 15 day waiting period before a final resolution. This helps allow time for carrier investigations and insurance processing which helps protect Plumpy Studio.  


Damaged Packages

Transit/shipping damage only - If your order arrives damaged, please contact me at tiffy@plumpystudio.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of:

  • photos of the item
  • photos of packaging
  • photos of the shipping label
  • any other evidence that the damage happened during transit

 The photos you provide will help me file shipping insurance claims and resolve the issue as quickly as possible for you.

Minor changes like small color changes are allowed, only if I've approved after you fill out a contact form with your request.

No, due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of items, all sales are final. Please see the Policies and FAQ page for more details.

Yes, we provide free standard shipping on all orders over $100.

Yes, all orders include tracking once shipped. Tracking number is sent via email!

They are sealed with two coats of quality UV resin. They are durable but not invincible and should be handled with care.

If you want to clean your sculpture, use a microfiber or soft towel to ensure you do not scratch the surface. This will keep your art piece looking brand new. Please do not clean with harsh chemicals.
